Ginger
Ward-Green
Ginger brings over twenty years of experience to the business. She is
an experienced trainer and facilitator and has worked with groups on many
different issues related to improving individual and organizational effectiveness.
Working within organizations, Ginger has worked with small and large client
groups, the Canadian government and non-profit agencies. She is especially
interested in issues related to managing change, conflict and improving
interpersonal skills. She has worked extensively with individuals and
teams to identify practical solutions to diverse business problems and
helps her clients develop the skills and confidence necessary to move
forward.
In a coaching role, Ginger works with clients to strengthen interpersonal
competencies and practice skills for better managing self in relation
to others. She helps clients clarify short and long-term goals and priorities
and develop solutions for moving through transitions.
Ginger is a member of NTL Institute and the National Organization of Women
Business Owners.
David
Green
David’s passion is bringing out the best in people and organizations.
He is comfortable working with executives, middle managers or front line
workers, technical or professional people. David has an ability to bring
together people with diverse backgrounds and viewpoints and focus on achieving
common goals.
Prior to starting in business with Ginger in 2005 David spent over 30
years in a variety of roles including engineering, IT, operations
management, project management and organization development. David has
worked in the UK, Canada and the USA, managed operations
with 300 people, led teams covering North and South America, and has
worked on several successful global projects.
David has a degree in Production Engineering from Napier University in
Edinburgh, Scotland, has a Certificate in Organizational Development from
the NTL Institute, and is a Registered Maine Guide qualified to lead
people into the wilderness for canoeing, camping, hiking and fishing.
