Our Philosophy for Doing Business

We live by a philosophy that Ginger and a previous business partner, Roberta Hill, developed in 1991 when they formed a partnership working in Canada. Although our business is now based in the US we hold to the same 5 principles on which all our interventions are based:
  • All interventions should be interactive and appropriate. No project is similar to another and each must be assessed according to the current reality. Interventions are designed to reflect the real world
  • Those who are affected by a course of actions should be given the opportunity to be actively involved in the decisions leading up to it. We hold individuals accountable to contribute constructively.
  • We promote honesty and respect for everyone throughout the process. An honest discussion is the foundation for learning and change. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment with open communications. We hold ourselves accountable to mirror appropriate behaviors.
  • We believe in the concept of Continuous Learning. By definition this means constant change. We strive to promote a learning environment and the transfer of skills at a suitable pace.
  • We can and do make a difference and we have a positive impact on organizations. We focus on results and achieve closure.
